Introduction to Wordslingr Online Writing Studio

On Wednesday, January 6th at 6:30 pm Patrick and Shannon Burrows will introduce and demonstrate the online writing studio, Wordslingr, and how you can use it to quickly get started working on your novel today. Directly after the Wordslingr session, we will have a question and answer time for you to ask the most pressing questions you have on any aspect of writing, publishing, or marketing your work.

Your fearless leader, Rik Feeney has a laptop for sale. This is an HP 14-inch monitor with Windows Vista and 3 GB of RAM with many writing software programs loaded; $200 with laptop bag. This is a first-come, first served, cash only, no guarantees or warranties offered.

Have you got a specific concern you would like addressed this year? If so, please let me know and I will endeavor to find a speaker who will answer your need. In addition, if you know of any speakers with presentations appropriate to our groups goals, please let me know.

Directions to Orlando FWA Meeting – The University Club of Winter Park, 841 N. Park Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789

From I-4 East or West, take the Lee Road exit and head East toward the Atlantic Ocean. Lee Road will dead end at 17-92 (Orlando Ave.) where you will make a right turn, then get immediately into the left turn lane to make a left on Webster. Follow Webster through a light at Denning, then another light at the railroad tracks, then you will come to a stop sign, actually stop, then before the next stop sign (which is Park Ave) you will turn left into the University Club. Park your car in the grass, then walk up the ramp to the side door. Enter and keep going to your left inside to the library where we hold the meeting.
