Critical keys to success – your book cover and professional editing!

Beyond the intriguing idea for your non-fiction book or the entertaining prose of your fictional masterpiece there are still two critical elements necessary for bookselling success: An attractive and enticing book cover and a professionally edited manuscript.

Well, I can point you toward some help in the editing department.

Editing: Make Your Manuscript Shine!

March 16, 2013
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Lake Fairview, Orlando, FL

Good writing requires good editing, and putting pen to paper is just the beginning. It’s time to take your writing from promising to polished!

You have a heap of stories in front of you. You’ve worked long and hard to get them all down in writing. Now it’s time to revise, edit, and proofread. Unlike writing, which I believe anyone can do, anytime — editing doesn’t come naturally to everyone.

In this workshop, I will guide you through the whole editing process: fleshing out your story, avoiding common mistakes, and using the best tools for the job. Included is a review of free or inexpensive software packages that are easy to use and helpful in editing your work.

The cost for the full-day workshop is $99 and includes lunch. Questions? Call 321.279.1791.
